We hired Amanda and Carrie for our month of wedding coordinators. From the moment I spoke to Amanda on the phone I immediately I knew I had to book them. The initial phone call was just to get more information before booking them but even then she was on top of everything and I trusted that she would be able to execute our vision completely. Amanda portrayed such a calm and relaxed demeanor and had an answer to all my questions. You could hear the confidence in her answers that made me want to book with her. Amanda was NOT pushy and never made us feel pressured to book with them. One thing that I valued as a top priority with all my vendors is that they were genuine. Amanda and Carrie are our number one vendor, hands down. They always give their honest opinion and always have spot on recommendations. They come up with ideas that you don’t even think about. They literally cover every single detail. Amanda and Carrie are very accessible via text, phone and email. You can even arrange meet ups in their studio if you prefer face to face. My now husband and I were living in Houston and were planning our wedding in Austin. I underestimated the level of difficulty this would prove to be, but with Amanda and Carrie they made it so much easier! When we did get the chance to meet they made my husband, my parents and I feel extremely comfortable and welcome. Their studio is beautiful and they have a variety of vases, tea lights, candles holders, etc for you to rent to use. For us this made everything SO much easier, since I didn’t want to buy a bunch of things that I would never use again, it was the perfect solution! The day of the wedding was PERFECT! Amanda and Carrie did all the decorations on the tables, set up a wall display and directed all the vendors.I had zero worries that day because I had absolute faith in them! Everything looked beautiful and the flow of the reception was seamless. I even got compliments from my guests on how well organized the reception was. Our wedding party loved Amanda and Carrie and were very impressed by their performance. Amanda and Carrie even made sure our food vendor served us a plate of food first so we would eat! Amanda and Carrie were extremely thorough and attentive during the reception to every single detail. Example being during the dancing at our wedding, someone spilled a drink on the dance floor and Amanda was already on it before we even had time to notify anybody about the spill. Another thing they helped solve was that my husband’s dad had to leave our wedding reception early and they were able to set up transportation for his dad and get him home safely without having my husband stress about it. Also during the day of the wedding there were slight modifications and Amanda and Carrie handled it very professionally and efficiently. They have such a calm demeanor about them that makes you feel relaxed during stressful situations. Trademark went above and beyond in EVERYTHING they did and we would HIGHLY recommend them! Of course besides making the decision to marry my husband, they were the BEST decision we made for our wedding. I spent countless hours researching wedding planners, scared that I would make the wrong decision. Don’t waste your time looking at other planners, they are the BEST and everything fell into the place the moment I hired them. We love you Amanda and Carrie, thank y’all for everything
